MDM Catalog Picture are not updated in MDM Java Api

Hello all,

I have a question about the pictures cache system in MDM Java Api.

Pictures are not updated in MDM Java Api until we restart the portal.

Is there any other solution ? Can we only flush the MDM pictures cach ? And can we schedule it ?

Example:

We add a picture to an item catalog using data manager tool.

By clicking on the corresponding webservices, creating a shopping cart in SRM, we launch the MDM catalog, we search our item and unfortunately, no picture is displayed.

It is the same things when you change one existing picture.

MDM server version 7.1.10.259

MDM Java Api version

2011479 - J2EE Engine Restart required to reflect MDM changes

Symptom

It is necessary to restart J2EE Engine to reflect changes in MDM and also to resolve any discrepancies between Catalog and MDM setup.

- Images uploaded to MDM repository
